What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We use UPS shipping rates,but may also use Fedex, Canada Post or any other method to make sure your parcel reaches you at the most affordable rate possible.

All USA and Canada orders that total over $100, will ship FREE

Certain International countries that has an order total of over $400 will ship FREE (see list of included countries)

Which European Countries are included in the FREE Shipping for orders over $400?

How long will delivery take?

Normally 3 – 7 days on all IN STOCK Silicone Kits.

Pour-on-Demand takes around 2 weeks to complete and 3-7 days shipping after we received it

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our site offers SSL protection.  All Paypal, Credit and Debit Card information is NOT captured or stored by us, but by our service providers, making shopping & paying online with us, 100% Safe.

When will my POUR-ON-DEMAND kit ship?

All Pour-on-Demand orders will be given through to The Dainty Loft to initiate your pour, which will be shipped to us within 2 weeks.  Once we receive it, it will be inspected and packed by our warehouse, and shipped off to you.

When will my Lay Away kit ship?

All Lay Away orders will be shipped once your order is paid in full if your kit is in stock.  If you have a Pour-on-Demand Lay Away  your kit will be poured once you have paid your Lay-Away in full and shipped once it arrives at our warehouse.

What do I do if my shipping address has changed?

Our courier service will collect your parcel from our warehouse, and deliver it to the shipping address you supplied when you placed your order so please be sure that  you supply the correct address.  Should your address change before your order is shipped, PLEASE inform us immediately so that we can make the necessary changes PRIOR to your order being processed.  Also be sure to update your address on your Dashbord for any future orders.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, when you buy online from our website it is mandatory to register with ar username and email so that you can login on the website. This will insure that you are able to view all your orders via our website and receive all your invoices via the email address you supplied when you registered.
